The agreement between us
Cayman Cards (from here on known as ‘We’) must receive payment of your entire purchase before your order can be accepted.  Once payment has been accepted by us,
We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the e-mail address that you have specified.  It is your responsibility to check that your order is accurate and to give us all the information we need to complete the order.  We will send a further email to confirm dispatch of your order in due course.

Price of the products
All prices shown on this website include VAT at the standard rate.  If we accept your order, the price will be as stated on the order form, although if the rate of VAT increases between the date of your order and the date of supply or delivery, we will add the necessary additional amount of VAT to the price of the Products.

Payment must be received in full before the order will be dispatched.  We accept payment via credit card, debit card and PayPal only.  We do not accept any other form of payment.

Shipping of orders
Subject to stock availability all orders received Monday to Friday before 3pm, will be dispatched to you the same or subsequent working day. We do not dispatch orders at the weekend or UK public holidays.  If we do not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order you will be contacted within 24 hours by email or telephone, and we may suggest a similar product as a substitute.

Standard Delivery (UK only)
Most UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail First class post.  For all orders, there is a small charge of £0.99 for postage and packaging costs.  All orders which equal or exceed £20.00 will be eligible for free shipping within the UK.  To acquire free shipping, you must select ‘Free Shipping’ on the Delivery Information page, under ‘Shipping Method’.  If you do not manually select this option, the standard Flat Rate shipping charge of £0.99 will be applied.

Please note that whilst Royal Mail aims to deliver first class items the next working day you should allow 2/3 working days for your order to arrive especially during busy times of the year.

For cards only, European orders are shipped at a minimum flat rate of £4.99 and a minimum flat rate of £6.95 to USA and Canada.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
1 - We have insufficient stock to complete your order
2 - Any of the products ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error
In the unlikely event that we do need to cancel your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.  We will issue a refund back to your credit card or Paypal account, or you will have the opportunity to select a replacement product.  We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time.  If the order has already been dispatched, please return the items to us in their original packaging and in a resalable condition, prior to any credit or refund being made to your account.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please use our contact form to email.  We will issue you with a returns code and send instructions on how to return items for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of the date of shipping. Unfortunately, when returning items, postage charges cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for the return postage charges. We would recommend that you receive proof of postage when returning items, as refunds will not be issued until the returned items are received.
