FAQ's

What are Cayman Cards delivery charges?
Delivery charges are £0.99p for all UK card orders under £20.00.  All card orders over £20.00 qualify for free shipping within the UK only.
Delivery charges for orders to other countries in the EU are subject to a minimum shipping cost of £4.99.
Delivery charges for orders to USA and Canada are subject to a minimum shipping cost of £6.95.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We endeavour to post all items ordered before 3pm (Mon-Fri) the same or subsequent working day subject to stock availability.  Orders received at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday except for bank holidays in which case, orders will be dispatched on Tuesday.

How long does my order take to arrive?
Royal Mail endeavours to deliver First Class post the next working day, however we would advise to allow for 2/3 working days and up to a week particularly during busy periods such as Christmas.

I am not sure if I have completed my order correctly
To check that you have completed your order correctly, log in to your account with Cayman Cards and view your past order history.

How do I know that you have got my order?
Once we have received your order, we shall send you a confirmation email and a further email once your order has been dispatched.

I have changed my mind about my order.  How can I cancel an order?
If you have not received an email confirming dispatch of your order, please contact us immediately by phone or email to cancel your order, clearly stating your name, delivery address and order number. 

If your order has already been dispatched, please return the items to us in their original packaging and in a resalable condition, prior to any credit or refund being made to your account.  Please refer to our Returns policy in the Terms and Conditions section.

What are the benefits of registering an account rather than using a guest account to purchase products?
By registering an account with us, your delivery address can be different to your actual billing address so that your purchase can be delivered directly to your recipient.

I have forgotten my password
Click on the ‘Account’ or ‘Log In’ link at the top of the webpage and select the ‘Forgotten Password’ link.  A new password will be sent immediately to your email address.  Please keep this safe or change it in the ‘Account’ settings to a more memorable password.

Are my credit card details safe?
We at Cayman-Cards.co.uk do not hold any financial information, credit or debit card details on our servers.  By using PayPal as our only payment transaction method, the credit card details you enter are stored only by PayPal.

PayPal is a secure online payment method, which allows you to pay or get paid quickly and easily without sharing any of your financial information. PayPal remembers and safeguards your bank, credit or debit card details, so you don’t have to.

When registering or logging in to PayPal’s site, they verify that your Internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available). PayPal store your personal information and ensure it's heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further safeguard your debit and credit card numbers and your bank account details, PayPal do not directly connect our firewall-protected servers to the internet.

How does Cayman Cards use my personal information?
Your personal information provided by you during the register process, will be used solely for website operation and providing the services and products to you.   Your personal information will be securely stored within the website.  Cayman Cards Limited does not sell, trade, rent or pass on your information to other parties.
 
Please note that the accuracy of your personal information is dependant upon the information that you provide to us. We do not verify the personal information provided by you and we shall not be responsible for errors or problems that arise as a result of inaccurate information submitted by you.

Why do some cards appear in different categories?
Many of the cards that we stock are blank and can be used for many different occasions; hence they may appear in more than one category.

How do I redeem a discount code?
At the checkout process, you will be asked to enter a discount code if you have one, and the appropriate discount will be automatically applied.
